“What we need to learn to do is to look at thought, rather than from thought.”

Living a life consistent with our values is a common, and often elusive, goal. The process of therapy is both challenging and rewarding, and I offer a compassionate space to support my clients in understanding their concerns and finding a path to a full and meaningful life.

I integrate evidence-based psychotherapies with relational and process-oriented techniques. I use elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches (ACT and DBT) to increase flexibility in thinking and behavior, while helping you to understand how relationship dynamics impact your life.

When searching for a therapist, a good fit is important. Click the link below to schedule a 15-minute phone consultation during which we will discuss your needs and how I might support you in your growth.
