As a clinical psychologist specializing in anxiety, relationships, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, I offer a warm and compassionate space to support my clients in understanding their concerns and finding a path to a full and meaningful life.

I am especially passionate about helping people who are experiencing thoughts that scare or confuse them, or are engaging in behaviors they feel are unhelpful in their lives. These experiences are more common than you might think, and I’m here to help you manage when things feel overwhelming.

I tailor treatment to you, using evidence-based psychotherapies to support you in getting back on track with your life. I use elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches (ACT and DBT) to increase flexibility in thinking, while helping you to understand how relationship dynamics impact your life.

When searching for a therapist, a good fit is one of the most important aspects of healing. Click the link below to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation during which we will discuss your needs and how I might support you in your growth.
